With over 30 years advising on and arranging mortgages I have found that every client is different. I am independent of any lender and act on my client's behalf in accessing the best scheme for them from the whole market. Over the last few years lenders have tightnened their lending criteria, and I have found that many clients who, only a few years ago, would have found obtaining mortgage finance fairly easy, now have difficulty in accessing the best schemes even where their circumstances seem fairly straightforward. I'm not part of a large, impersonal organisation, and I don't have the pressure of sales targets and quotas.

I have run my own business for many years, and the bulk of my business is from clients who come back to me time and again, and refer their family and friends to me. That's because I pride myself on treating each client as an individual, and in going the "Extra mile" to not only find them the best scheme available to them from the whole market, but in taking from them the often daunting and stressful burden of successfully applying for a mortgage and seeing it through to completion.
