I needed advice on and guidance to secure the best mortgage deal. John was incredibly helpful in giving me all the information I needed, in order to be kept informed and make the right decisions along the way. This was right from having an offer in principal to completion.John was always friendly and prompt in communicating, and highlighted any potential risks along the way.Needless to say, he was successful in finding me a good mortgage I was happy with, and I'm now in my first house. His services were more than worth the money for the amount of work put in - and it would have tested my sanity to do it without his assistance!
