I used Clan Financial Services at the beginning of the year to re-mortgage for the first time, and I have to say Clive was very professional and made the whole experience hassle free.
Clive offered a variety of options and explained each one in detail to ensure I understood all the pro's, con's and all the necessary details of each. He had a lot of time to answer any questions I had so not once did I feel rushed into choosing a product (Despite doing this so close to the renewal date).
I also used the solicitors recommended by Clive, and that was also very easy. For both Clive and the solicitors, the one thing that stood out was the communication, which when taking out my first mortgage, I found myself constantly chasing for update, however not this time.
