Countrywide Surveying Services promotes Rebecca Freeman to Director of Field Operations

Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS), one of the leading suppliers of valuation panel management services, has announced the promotion of Rebecca Freeman to Director of Field Operations.

Rebecca joined Countrywide in 2004 on its graduate training programme, qualifying as a residential surveyor in 2006 and working predominantly in the West Country. She has taken part in Countrywide’s internal development programme which supports opportunities for progression and coaching towards leadership roles.

Her most recent position within CSS was as Technical Director where she supported lender clients, customers, field and central colleagues in delivering the highest levels of quality and performance. Rebecca has also been heavily involved with RICS as part of its Diversity and Inclusion Campaign. This included a focus on how to attract more women into the residential surveying industry, including the Women In Surveying initiative.

As Director of Field Operations, she will combine all this accumulated knowledge and experience gained over the years within both Countrywide Surveying Services and the wider surveying industry. She will also utilise her career development to encourage and promote further opportunities within the business.
