Hope Capital sponsors UFC newcomer, Paddy the Baddy
Liverpool-based specialist short-term lender, Hope Capital, has announced it is sponsoring local fighter, Paddy the Baddy, ahead of his debut UFC fight in Las Vegas on Saturday 4th September 2021.
Paddy Pimblett, also known as Paddy the Baddy, joined the UFC earlier this year after competing in both the featherweight and lightweight divisions of Cage Warriors. In his next fight, Paddy will make his UFC debut in a lightweight bout against Luigi Vendramini at UFC Fight Night 191 on 4th September.
Hope Capital was established in 2011 by Jonathan Sealey. Over the last 10 years, the lender has made it a priority to support the local community, which is why Hope Capital is delighted to have the opportunity to sponsor Paddy.
Jonathan Sealey, CEO of Hope Capital, commented: “I have been a huge fan of Paddy for a long time and watched his career develop over the years to where he is today in the UFC. This is why I wanted to be part of his journey as he represents Liverpool in Las Vegas. There is no doubt Paddy has established himself as one of the most exciting fighters in the UK.
“We hope this will be the beginning of a long, successful relationship and on behalf of the Hope Capital team, we wish Paddy the best of luck and look forward to watching the fight.”
The latest sponsorship deal will see Hope Capital increase its presence across the UK and beyond, which will help support the company’s growth plans and contribute to the business’ progress going forward.
