Countrywide Surveying Services delivers 100% new graduate pass rate

Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS), one of the leading suppliers of valuation panel management services, has demonstrated its ongoing commitment to introducing new blood into the surveying sector by delivering a 100% pass rate from its latest batch of training academy graduates.

The 11 trainees are now fully qualified AssocRICS surveyors, with the CSS training academy having seen well over 400 trainees successfully pass through its doors.

CSS’s training academy is led by Sam Holton, head of trainee development and Sarah Chalmers-Stevens, head of professional development at Countrywide Surveying Services.

Graduates have emerged from a wide array of professional and personal backgrounds over the years to bring a diverse range of skills, experience and expertise to the business.

CSS doubled the number of AssocRICS assessment qualification windows in 2022 in a bid to get more residential surveyors certified and out into the industry. In partnership with RICS, these AssocRICS assessment qualification windows now take place on a quarterly basis.
